Fencing, Gates, and Barriers
Our hirable fencing, gate, and barrier solutions are perfect for directing guests and members of the public, helping them understand how to move around your event or venue. Fencing can be provided with or without built-in seating, providing guests with the option to sit down.
Our barriers are solid but mobile, and can be used to create queue channels or keep guests separate from other guest walkways and roads.
Our gates can slow or stop the flow of pedestrians and vehicles through an area. As well as providing gates themselves, we can provide stewarding and security staff to man them, ensuring only those with tickets or correct accreditation are granted access.
As well as pedestrian gates and barriers, we provide Hostile Vehicle Mitigation installations (link to HVM page).
Mobile Site Offices, Ticket Booths, and Toilets
EP Team’s mobile site offices come complete with desk space, storage space, and power outlets, meaning you can run your event or public sector works from a secure, sheltered space.
Our TicketSafe booths are ideal for green field events or events taking place in non-standard event spaces. As well as providing the booths themselves, we can provide staff trained in cash handling to greet your guests, scan pre-booked tickets, and sell same-day tickets in a secure environment.
We can also provide outdoor toilet blocks, each of which comes complete with pedal flushes and hand sanitiser installations. Accessible and baby-change units are also available.
Catering, Hospitality, and Merchandise
Where events call for catering, hospitality, and merchandise stands, we can supply infrastructure to suit.
Our catering and hospitality units are clean and well equipped, and we can provide trained bar and hospitality staff to help keep your guests fed and watered.
Merchandise stands include both sale and storage areas, and we can provide staff trained in cash handling to sell programmes, event guides or merchandise to your guests.
Bag Drop
EP Team provides a full bag drop service that includes facilities for secure bag storage, barriers to contain queues, technology to track each and every bag, and staff to run the whole operation.
You can opt to charge your guests for our bag drop service, or provide it to them free of charge. If you opt to charge a fee, our fully trained staff can manage the payment process.
